Commissaire aux Comptes

Under Article 443-1 of the Luxembourg law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, société anonyme (S.A.) and certain other entities are required to appoint one or more independent commissaires aux comptes when their annual accounts are not subject to a statutory audit. Aumea Partner acts in this capacity, providing independent oversight with the rigour and proximity that each mandate deserves.

  • Independent verification of the annual accounts
  • Reviewing compliance with legal and statutory obligations
  • Assessment of the accounting policies and internal procedures
  • Issuing a detailed report to the shareholders or governing body
